Gin Reimagined

Revivalist Gins

Brandywine Branch Bistro offers the gin cocktail enthusiast myriad options to create the perfect tipple. Explore a Gin Fizz enhanced with the fire of the Dragon, or take your Martini "shaken, not stirred" but with dried cherries and a hint of ginger. Each of our botanical gins adds unexpected nuance to your favorite drink.

This special release gin has the classic gin spices plus Pineapple, Allspice, Banana, and Orange peel.

Produced only once per year, our Limited-release Tropical gin takes our premium French Wheat base spirit in a uniquely tasty direction.

Infused with herbs, freshly ground spices, and citrus from the height of winter citrus season,

Dried cherry, anise, orange, and a whisper of ginger make Solstice perfect for savoring by a fire. This wintery varietal is aged in red wine barrels that deepen its flavor and provide its signature amber hue. A rare sipping gin with just enough juniper, Solstice will keep you warm even in cold weather.

Meet your new muse. Infused with chamomile, lemon peel, and peppermint, this is our anything-but-standard gin. Named after the long-celebrated day in Spring when light and dark exist in perfect harmony, Equinox balances traditional and unexpected flavors for a complex, invigorating taste.

Bask in the radiance of Summertide, our soft and citrusy expression. Blossoming with floral notes of jasmine, rose, lavender, and hints of honeysuckle and lime, the flavors dance on the palate like sunlight in high summer. The flower child within will thank you.

Voted best in category at the 2019 American Distilling Institute Competition

Come alive with the spirit of the dragon! Our jalapeno-infused expression greets the palate with a pleasant rush of heat, followed by the robust, vegetal flavors of green pepper and caraway for a cool finish. All the while, the subtle taste of juniper, anise, and coriander add complexity in the midpalate.

Our softest varietal, Harvest is made with slightly lower alcohol content to achieve a velvet-smooth feel. Earthy, aromatic notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove invoke the warmth of Autumn while juniper, anise, and coriander play on the back palate. With orange as its base, Harvest arrives as crisp and inviting as the October air.
