DRAGON DANCE
Come alive with the spirit of the dragon! Our jalapeno-infused expression greets the palate with a pleasant rush of heat, followed by the robust, vegetal flavors of green pepper and caraway for a cool finish. All the while, the subtle taste of juniper, anise, and coriander add complexity in the midpalate.
HARVEST
Our softest varietal, Harvest is made with slightly lower alcohol content to achieve a velvet-smooth feel. Earthy, aromatic notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove invoke the warmth of Autumn while juniper, anise, and coriander play on the back palate. With orange as its base, Harvest arrives as crisp and inviting as the October air.
